![]() ![]() Note: Be sure to deal with Radia directly at the location just past Totem Lake Mall. Although I do not look forward to having to come back for the test, I do look forward knowing that Radia will make it as easy as possible. I went to schedule my appointment in person after faxing in my order (a personal preference, they would have gladly done this on the phone) and the young lady who helped me and the tech who answered questions clearly cared about my experience and making sure the process was as easy as possible for me. After a horrible phone experience today with UW Radiology (The new Eastside Center), Evergreen Radia has clearly earned my business. They are knowledgeable and really take the time to care and follow up with you. ![]() The staff at Radia takes the time to explain your appointment, your procedure and the billing process. Today, while trying to schedule two appointments, the staff again amazed me at how much better they are then the UW Radiology Department. The staff is friendly, test results are sent to the doctor quickly and the facility is modern and clean. Every experience with this non Evergreen Hospital location, Evergreen Radia office has been exceptional. I have had a few imaging studies done with Evergreen Radia. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ![]() I’m sorry, but it was a big deal to me, and I feel like I got that experience taken away from me. She acted like it was no big deal and nothing special. Then when I pointed at the screen and said «what’s that?» Instead of saying «what are you pointing at?» or even asking what I was referring too, she said «that’s the baby» and just totally made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She didn’t even offer to move the screen so I could see it and I was basically craning my neck so I could even see anything. It seemed like she was going as fast as she could and wasn’t even trying to involve me in the ultrasound at all. When I showed up I was really excited to see my baby for the first time and I left feeling very sad. Everything with the front desk was fine, but the ultrasound tech was not friendly whatsoever and she made my experience awful. I honestly never ever want to go to any Dr/lab that uses this billing system.I had an appointment here for my first ultrasound for pregnancy and it was terrible. There's supposed to be a way to do it on the phone, but I'm hesitant to enter in my credit card info first, before confirming that I only need to pay off the current recent charges. But there's no way to make a partial payment online. They said to just pay the recent amount due, and that will "update" my account, erasing the old charges that never closed out. When I called, they agreed the old charge was bogus. When I logged in to pay, somehow a super-old charge is showing up, which was paid off. Fast forward 7 months and I have a new charge from a lab. After hours and hours on the phone I was finally able to get the last 2 payments taken care of. Meanwhile, they're sending threatening letters about my account going to collections. They kept telling me the withdrawals would automatically start up again, but that didn't happen. Last year, I was set up on a payment plan first 2 payments went through fine, then all of a sudden they stopped withdrawing payments and no one could tell me why. I've had multiple bad experiences with Mydocbill. BCBS says they would have been happy to pay the claim if MDB had just submitted it correctly! But now here I am, being hounded by a collection agency for a bill that MDB screwed up because it cannot be bothered to use hyphens. In total, she says they made seven attempts to file a claim with BCBS, and BCBS denied all of them. When she returned to the call, Delana told me that her supervisor told her, “We don’t use hyphens,” suggesting that none of MDB’s attempts to submit a claim to BCBS have spelled my name correctly. She put me on hold so that she could ask her supervisor. However, when I called MDB today, and I asked the customer service representative, Delana, whether MDB had actually ever submitted the claim to BCBS with the hyphen included, she was not sure. There is a hyphen on my insurance card, and both BCBS and I have repeatedly drawn MDB’s attention to the need to include the hyphen when submitting a claim to BCBS, as evidenced by my emails & phone calls with MDB, plus digital correspondence between BCBS and MDB. My insurance company, BCBS, spells my last name with a hyphen. ![]() MyDocBill has sent my bill to collections even though it was their inaccuracy that caused my health insurance to "deny" the claim they tried to file. MyDocBill says they "don't use hyphens" so my insurance won't pay their claim. ![]()
